How to Reset The Headset:
1. Long press the multifunction key for 15 seconds, until the red and white lights flash alternately 3 times and go out, the device reset successfully;
2. Ignore or unpair Redmi AirDots S in the Bluetooth device list of the phone, delete the connection record, and complete the reset.
Noce: The original Xiaomi headset does not have a USB cable.

The product came exactly as described. In Android connects very well, but in Xiaomi not so much. On iPhone works well too. I have the impression that the sound is kind of muffled, it can be some adjustment or the way I use them. The sound is quite loud yes. Can with buy without fear. About the autonomy of the batteries I still do not know, MQS seems to be good. The product is well built. Recommend without a doubt!!! Also came a charging cabin but I forgot to take a picture.
